"Unreliable, Rude & Unprofessional. STAY AWAY!"

The man that was suppose to come and have a look at my broken down boiler.

Earlier today, I had asked kindly, multiple times through both telephone and text if they would be able to contact me and let me know before they arrive because of health issues. They replied positively on text.

However, the man just arrived, much later than promised, without texting/ ringing. I simply asked him if he was unaware that they’d promised to ring when on route, to my surprise he very rudely replied with - “So what? I’m here now. Was it an emergency or not?!”.

When I told him that it was an emergency but that I just wanted to know why he didn’t call/text before arriving, even though I’d been promised to, he taunted me and replied - “That’s too bad, I’m leaving now”, then walked out of the building and left.

STAY AWAY from ‘Dave Minchin’. I wish I’d read more reviews before contacting them. Extremely rude, and most unprofessional company I’ve ever dealt with..
