As a former student my memories of this school have shaped my teaching career.

The Headteacher, Mr Telfer, ensured a balance between discipline and compassion.

Mrs Trembath and Mrs Lipman and Mr Wright seemed to emulate such, whereas there were a few others that certainly fell short.

Their impact? Lifelong memories where learners themselves are central to understanding how they learn best. Relationships, relationships and relationships..
